The cooperation projects include 9×33000KVA furnace lining engineering overall contracting project of Changji Jisheng New Building Materials Co., Ltd, 28×33000KVA annual production of 400,000 tons of silicon metal project furnace lining engineering overall contracting project of Lanzhou Dongjin Silicon Industry Co., Ltd, 10×33000KVA electric furnace body system EPC project of Lanzhou Dongjin Silicon Industry Co., Ltd, 8×33000KVA photovoltaic new materials (silicon metal) project of Ningxia Crystal New Energy Materials Co., Ltd, and 4×33000KVA electric furnace body equipment EPC project of Ningxia Crystal New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. The Ningxia crystal project is an important part of East Hope Group's efforts to build a circular economy industry for silicon materials in Lanzhou, Gansu province. This project has applied multiple leading technologies in the silicon metal industry. For the first time, we have adopted the industry's top SolidWorks 3D mechanical design in the design of full systems of silicon metal submerged arc furnace. The 1:1 panoramic display of the overall effect of the electric furnace clearly, intuitively, and accurately identifies and solves problems in the technical installation process from the design source, effectively ensuring high precision and efficiency in the production, manufacturing, and installation processes. At the same time, we have been awarded honors such as the “Progress Award”, “Quality Award”, and “Outstanding Contribution Award” by East Hope Group to show recognition of the project.
