Wynca Chemicals established cooperation with our company in 2000. The cooperation projects include Sichuan Xilong 1×16500KVA+ 2×12500KVA furnace lining renovation project, Sichuan Xilong # 1 and 2 furnace high and low voltage and low voltage reactive power compensation capacity expansion renovation project, Mangshi Yonglong 4×15000KVA furnace lining renovation project, Wynca Yanjin 6×33000KVA annual production of 150,000 tons of silicon metal electric furnace refractory supply and lining masonry project, Heihe 2×10000KVA furnace lining masonry project; Wynca Ruili 4×15000KVA safety and energy saving renovation project # 1-4 furnace refractory supply and masonry engineering project, Wynca Ruili safety and energy saving renovation project # 1-4 silicon metal furnace EPC project, and Wynca Ruili 2×12000kVA submerged arc furnace reactive power compensation device project. The Ruili project involves the safety and energy-saving renovation of #1-4 silicon metal furnaces of Wynca Ruili Company by Wynca Chemicals Group, a leading enterprise in China's fluorine, silicone and agrochemical industries. We were responsible for undertaking the EPC project of all equipment engineering. After the renovation, the mechanization equipment and automation level of the plant would be greatly improved. After the completion of the project, it is expected to increase production capacity of silicon metal by 36,000 tons, add an output value of 700 million yuan, and achieve energy-saving and clean production.
