The tapping hole smoke exhaust system is mainly used in rotary semi-enclosed submerged arc furnaces, which is a multi-point, comprehensive smoke collection and exhaust system in front of the furnace.

The system consists of a semi-circular smoke hood, 7 smoke collection branch pipes (each controlled by a pneumatic flap valve), and two refined smoke hoods (each controlled by a flap valve). There are two pneumatic flap valves on both sides of the main smoke pipe (opened on one side to reduce pipe resistance and provide smoke exhaust efficiency).

The fixed overall smoke exhaust structure in front of the furnace effectively avoids the problems of poor smoke collection effect of the smoke exhaust system in front of the furnace, severe deformation of local structural components, increased unorganized inhalation of wild wind, and high system load.
