The electrode holder is the core component of the submerged arc furnace, which is used to introduce current into the electrodes.

The electrode holder for silicon metal submerged arc furnaces adopts a bellows tube pressure ring type. The contact shoe adopts cup mouth integrated T2 copper forged copper material, with 10 pieces per phase of electrode.

Ten stainless steel lower protective shields are installed on the exterior of the contact shoe, with a U-shaped seal at the bottom.

The pressure ring is made of stainless steel material, and the bottom ring is made of copper T2 material.
